1. Q:  WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU PROVIDE FOR?     A:  We provide for a wide range of events, including birthdays, graduations, weddings, reunions, sports, company picnics, retail sales, civic events, and corporate functions.    2.  Q:  WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?     A:  Our tents come in white, blue/white, purple/white, red/white, green/white, red/blue, red/yellow, blue/yellow, brown/yellow, and blue/green.  (Not all colors are available in every size.)   3.   Q:  I KNOW THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ATTENDING MY PARTY - HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT TENT SIZE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL MY GUESTS?      A:  You need approximately 8-10 square feet per person if they are seated at tables.  So, a 20 x 20 tent (400 sq. ft.) will accommodate 40-50 guests at tables.  You need approximately 4-5 square feet per person if they are standing or seated at chairs only (no tables).  In this case, a 20 x 20 tent will hold 80-100 guests.   4.  Q:  HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE TENT?      A:  Your price is a set fee for up to 5 days.  Anything longer than that will increase the price.   5.  Q:  MY YARD HAS A LOT OF TREES.  I'M NOT SURE IF A TENT WILL FIT IN BETWEEN THEM - CAN YOU HELP ME?      A:  Yes, we'd be happy to send someone out to measure your area and determine the best size tent for you.   6.  Q:  WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A POLE TENT AND A FRAME TENT?      A:  A pole tent is a standard "circus-style" tent with a center pole. stakes, and ropes.  A frame tent is free-standing, has no center pole, and doesn't need stakes.   7.  Q:  WHAT SIZE TENTS DO YOU CARRY?      A:  We have tents in widths of 20, 30, and 40 feet.    The 20 wides range in length from 20-250 ft.    The 30 wides range in length from 30-130 ft.    The 40 wides range in length from 40-200 ft.         8.  Q:  CAN I PUT A TENT OVER MY DRIVEWAY?      A:  Yes, a regular pole tent can be used if all 4 corners can be staked in the ground.  If this isn't possible, a frame tent (which doesn't require stakes) is available.   9.  Q:  WHAT KIND OF TABLES DO YOU HAVE?      A:  They're standard banquet tables, 30 inches by 8 feet, and they seat 8-10 guests.   10. Q:  DO YOU HAVE LIGHTS FOR THE TENTS?      A:   Yes, we carry globe lights on a 25 ft. strand.  The cost is $5 per strand.   11.  Q:  WILL MY UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM AFFECT THE LOCATION OF THE TENT?       A:  Yes.  The stakes are between 36-42 inches long, so we need to know about any sprinkler systems, septic fields, underground wiring, gas lines, etc.
